Senior Site Reliability Engineer

OPSPROS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic software engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with software engineers to design and implement robust systems that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to design and implement reliable and scalable services.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
Implement incident response and post-mortem processes to improve system reliability.
Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Participate in on-call rotation to support production environments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.
