Lead DevOps Engineer (SailPoint)

OPSPROS is seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer specializing in SailPoint to join our dynamic software engineering team. This position is vital for enhancing our cloud infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration of our identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure effective deployment strategies.
Manage SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, optimizing configurations and workflows.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in DevOps methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest trends in DevOps and identity management technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on SailPoint.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
