DevOps Engineer (Client-Facing)

As a Remote DevOps Engineer at OPSPROS, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between software engineering and operations. Your expertise will help streamline our development processes while ensuring seamless integration and deployment for our clients. You will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with software engineering teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize performance for client applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Ensure security best practices are followed in all deployments and systems.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Prior experience in a client-facing role.
